1. Quotations and booking
The website creates a quotation request only. A booking or order is not confirmed until NOOSH TABLE has expressly accepted it and any stated booking/payment requirements have been satisfied.
2. Product descriptions and seasonal substitutions
Boards and event food are handcrafted and may vary in appearance. Seasonal produce and ingredient availability can require substitutions. Any material change should preserve the overall nature and quality of the agreed order unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
3. Sizes and guest guidance
Small (2–4), Medium (5–8) and Large (9–12) are approximate serving guidance. Actual suitability depends on the event, whether the board is the main food or part of a wider menu, guest appetite and other products ordered.
4. Collection and delivery
Customers must choose collection or delivery when requesting a quotation. Delivery locations, windows, charges, access restrictions and handover arrangements must be confirmed in the final quotation. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery location and access information.
5. Allergies and dietary requirements
Customers must disclose allergies, intolerances and relevant dietary requirements before the order is confirmed. Products are prepared in environments where allergens may be present; unless NOOSH TABLE expressly confirms otherwise in writing for a particular order, complete absence of cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
6. Food handling after delivery or collection
The customer should follow any storage, refrigeration, serving-time and food-safety instructions provided with the order and should not leave perishable food outside safe conditions.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
[COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLISHING] Insert the business’s actual change/cancellation deadlines, deposit rules, refund policy, no-show terms and any non-refundable custom-work provisions. These rules must comply with applicable consumer law and must be communicated before a booking becomes binding.
8. Custom orders and Signature creations
Custom Boards and Butter Canvases are bespoke. Requested flavours, styling and presentation are subject to availability and confirmation. Canapé quantities and selection are also subject to the accepted quotation.
9. Events and setup
Where event styling or setup is included, scope, venue access, setup time, equipment, collection and any venue-specific requirements will be defined in the accepted quotation.
